CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Jennifer Montoya Studio, the client confirms that she has read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms 1. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. • The deposit will be applied toward the total service on the appointment day. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: – Deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows: – Full loss of deposit. – Future appointments may require full payment in advance. 3. LATE ARRIVALS To respect the time reserved for every client, a $30 late fee will apply for arrivals over 10 minutes late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling of the appointment. 4.
